Around 17:30 we will leave Assisi city center moving to an incredible wine and extra virgin olive oil farm, just 15 minutes far.
The star will be the emerald extra virgin olive oil of Umbria, maybe the most award-winning in the world! Finally you will try another star, the ruby red colored wine.
The owners Palma and her daughter are without doubts two singular characters! It is impossible to feel bored with them.
During a party or business meeting break in your country it is always cool and impressive have a role of wine connoisseur, isn’t it? The farmers will teach you the wine basic rules and taste suggestions to distinguish a good Italian wine.
