Departure with your tour leader towards Montefalco. During the transfer we will stop in Narni, one of the finest medieval town centers in Umbria, with a collection of quite magical churches, piazzas, palazzi and fortresses. Given that CS Lewis used the Roman name for the town (plucked at random from an ancient atlas) for his own fictional magical kingdom of Narnia. Optional visit to Narni underground, through past an ancient Roman tanks, prisons and torture rooms used during the Inquisition. Today, visitors can still see the inscriptions left by the suffering prisoners.
Wine tasting and light lunch in a unique cellar. This cellar produces excellent DOC and DOCG organic certified wines made using the famous local cultivars as Sagrantino and Grechetto
