ROME COOKING LESSON
Live an unforgettable experience off the beaten paths.
Before starting your cooking lesson you will be taken on one of the nice market places of Rome where to buy everything you will need for it: bread, vegetables, fruits, herbs, etc. ..a real experience in the heart of the city.
After the shopping at the market your Italian cooking lesson will start! It will be kept in your language and in a unique location. Discover how to cook the best Italian recipes such as Cannelloni, Gnocchi alla Romana, Parmigiana di Melanzane, Saltimbocca alla Romana, Tiramisù and Torta Caprese.
In mid-morning stop for a nice tea-break and learn about Italian traditions.
At the end of the lesson you will have the chance to taste what you prepared and cheers with the chef with an excellent Italian wine!

INFORMATION:
— The cooking lesson lasts about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
— The cooking lessons can be held in English, French and German (in case of classes in French and German an interpreter will be necessary).
— The cooking lessons will be organized according to the school opening hours.
— The school can host a maximum of 14 participants for each course.
— The cooking lesson can be followed by a guided visit of Rome in the afternoon.
