Arrival at the family wine farm where Anna, the owner, will be happy to welcome you in her nice home. It is here that she will teach you how to prepare some good local recipes!!
The course will take about 3 hours plus the time for eating, the moment when you will taste what you’ve prepared together with other delicious local products!!!
The dishes will be matched with different wines which are produced with an immense care and passion by Anna and her family. Before leaving you can have a look at their little and nice wine cellar!!
The pasta lesson includes the preparation of:
1) Hand-made Tagliatelle OR Pici
2) 1 sauce for the pasta
